The Infusionsoft CRM software solution is especially geared towards small businesses, although it can also scale up to mid-sized companies as well. Like Salesforce, it includes tools that help with generating leads, managing marketing initiatives, streamlining the sales process and closing deals efficiently, as well as social networking tools for interacting with customers to convert leads into sales.
By managing your contacts, tasks and more from one system you can simplify your day, while also harnessing the power of automation, which will transform leads into customers and customers into loyal fans.
Our 6-point review of Infusionsoft
In this video, we analyze the Infusionsoft CRM software product on 6 critical dimensions: Usability, Maintainability, Performance, Integration Ease, Functionality and Customer Support.
Pros
Users who praise Infusionsoft have little to say other than it’s great to have all that functionality in one solution. I consider it a very serious situation when a significant number of user reviews cannot come up with anything positive to say about the software. A few have noted that the company’s online support is always available, but then go on to say that it’s not effective either (words like “atrocious” were used to describe Infusionsoft’s customer support).
Cons
One frustrated user experienced at least a month of marketing emails being flagged as “questionable” and that Infusionsoft support couldn’t come up with a fix. Other users have noted that what the company says and what happens in practice aren’t always the same. For example, one user was told that he would not have to verify opt-ins, which was important to him since some of his lists were as many as 10 years old.

Salesforce is the world's leading CRM platform that employees can access entirely via the Internet. Products are broken into categories including sales, service, marketing, community, analytics, apps and IOT. Companies use Salesforce to manage customer accounts, generate track leads, manage complex marketing initiatives, track performance, and provide superior customer service before, during, and after a sale has occurred.
Companies can now deliver a full range of self-service options so that customers can help themselves, which leads to increased Customer Satisfaction and decreased Support Costs.
