Usability. Insightly generally gets high marks for usability. It offers an intuitive interface that is easy to learn for nearly anyone who is already accustomed to using a computer or smartphone. In other words, Insightly is made for sales staff not techies.

Maintainability. Insightly is subject to regular updates, and Whatasoftware's investigation found no reported problems.

Performance. It's a high performance CRM software option that works well under pressure; notably, while Insightly is used by many small businesses, it performs effectively enough to be used by large businesses and enterprises as well.

Integration Ease. Insightly plays well with other applications, including accounting and email integration with familiar programs, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Gmail, Outlook and MailChimp.
