Usability. Insightly generally gets high marks for usability. It offers an intuitive interface that is easy to learn for nearly anyone who is already accustomed to using a computer or smartphone. In other words, Insightly is made for sales staff not techies.

Maintainability. Insightly is subject to regular updates, and Whatasoftware's investigation found no reported problems.

Performance. It's a high performance CRM software option that works well under pressure; notably, while Insightly is used by many small businesses, it performs effectively enough to be used by large businesses and enterprises as well.
