Dislikes : Would like to have more customer service hours to talk to a person - but I have had good luck using the contact form. I have had responses within like 10-12 hours or so.
Problems & Benefits : Excellent inventory control, nice single point to manage all sales and customers.
Tools/Features Used : Easy and fast work with products. Copy information, making new product, bulk operations with products.
