The system is so easy to use but doesn't miss out on any features. The support from the vendor is very fast (unlike a lot of other companies) and problems are resolved there and then.

Dislikes : Nothing, I am very happy with the product and service.
Problems & Benefits : When starting out with the system, I needed the completion report (showing what courses a user has completed) to be a PDF instead of an excel spreadsheet (as it must not be editable by the user), when I contacted eLeaP, they solved this for me, and added this feature to the system in only a few days!

Recency of Experience : Less than 6 months
Recommendations to Others : I assessed over 20 LMS's, as part of my MSc thesis, slowly narrowing them down to match the requirements we had for our company and the strict guidelines of our industry (Pharma). At the end eLeaP came out on top, and we have been using them for over 5 years. It has been one of the best decisions we have made as a company!
