Dislikes : I would love it if Act On natively integrated with Zoho - I can see that they have integrations with several other CRM services and would love to have the native integration for our CRM.
Problems & Benefits : I love the automation features, although it does have a steep learning curve attached to it - the automation represents perhaps one of the best tools I've seen on the marketplace to date.
Tools/Features Used : ACT ON is allowing us to automate parts of our sales cycle which in turn free's up members of our team to focus on other more important customer needs.
